Clint Flying high
And low
Me, learning the skydiving skillsA few months ago I decided that Clint and I needed to try a few adventures that we had never thought of before and in my search for something exciting I came across this IFly Utah indoor skydiving center in Ogden. I was going to do it for an anniversary trip-- then I was going to do it for Mother's Day and Clint thought it was silly for me to buy my own mother's day gift-- so I bought one and gave it to Clint for Father's Day. This past weekend we went and had the time of our lives. Such a fun thing. We did a little training about the correct hand/arm and feet positions and then we suited up in a jump suit, goggles, helmut and ear plugs. Once inside the wind tunnel it was really relaxing and exciting to float/fly the only silly thing was that I started laughing (of course) and since my cheeks were flapping from the wind a little bit of slober/spit came out of my mouth and we were supposed to stay in the correct position so I couldn't move my arms really to wipe it off, I sort of felt like I was a little kid. I was asking Clint if he could tell and he said the same thing happened to him out there so I guess it happens to a lot of people. Still, it was an awesome experience and I want to learn how to do some of the tricks that our instructor demonstrated.
After that we tried this awesome BBQ restaurant called GoodWood Barbeque--- probably the tastiest dinner I've had in years!! Here's to Ogden!
