Nicalee has taken her first few steps and is now starting to get up and around. She is so proud of herself and I just can't believe she is 11 months old. Yikes. Nicalee has also decided that she can go down a few steps and climb a few steps and she is quiet as can be so I have to call out to see where she gets to...I am really close to that bell around the neck scenerio. We went to classic skating the other day and she had to get in the blow up bounce houses and show her stuff. She had such a great time, all the while I am sitting there telling Carver and Maddie, " careful, careful, she is just a baby, not too much bouncing..." and she is giggling and rolling over and drooling like she has never had this much fun.
Then, yesterday we decided to get Nicalee's pictures taken ( I meant to get them at 9 months... and I am supposed to get them again at 12 months, just to keep her in line with what I did for Carver and Madalyn, hmmm I think I have slacked a bit) and she did all the right things, but she would not smile or giggle. She just sat pleasantly there and played a little with a few items-- she didn't cry, but she showed almost no emotion at all so it was hard to pick what picture I liked.
Nicalee has the sweetest disposition. She is my little buddy right now and I just love playing with her. she is such a cutie.

Darling pictures!!! She is such a cutie. Sucks to be a "normal" mom and slack off on pictures-by the time it was Jaycee's turn I was lucky to remember what day it was-the months went too quickly and I kept forgetting to get her pictures taken, too. Oh well. The youngest is spoiled so they get their attention in a different way, right? ;)
